Breakfast Club

Our school has been successful in its application to join the Government-funded Free Breakfast Club Programme, which provides all children with access to a free, universal breakfast club.

Our free breakfast club will operate from 8:00am for children in Reception to Year 6. If your child needs to attend the Early Bird from 7:30am, this earlier session will continue to be available at a cost of £3.50 per day.

Please complete the following questionnaire. Your feedback will help us plan and deliver the service effectively.

If you have more than one child, please complete a separate questionnaire for each child.
