We constantly look to improve the work of our school and the outcomes for pupils.
We prepare a School Development Plan which is the strategic document we use to focus our improvement work each year.
This document is updated throughout the year and evaluated for impact at the end of each term.
Please find a summary version of the School Development Plan below:
Priority 1: To develop a Recovery Curriculum which supports the wellbeing of all children and ensures a swift re-engagement with learning and effective catch up where necessary.
Priority 2: To improve progress and raise attainment outcomes in reading and writing for all pupils particularly in KS2.
Priority 3 –To further improve and maximise reading skills and fluency within EYFS and consistently into KS1.
Priority 4 – To develop and implement a whole school, long term creative curriculum, which is broad and balanced.
Priority 5 – To increase the progress and attainment of all pupils with special educational need in reading, writing and maths
