We constantly look to improve the work of our school and the outcomes for pupils.
We prepare a School Development Plan which is the strategic document we use to focus our improvement work each year.
This document is updated throughout the year and evaluated for impact at the end of each term.
Please find a summary version of the School Development Plan below:
Priority 1 To improve attainment outcomes for children throughout school with a particular focus on reading in KS2.
Priority 2 – To increase the percentage of children evidencing learning at a greater depth with a particular focus on children attaining GDS at the end of KS2 who had previously attained GDS at the end of KS1 evidencing good rates of progress based on prior attainment.
Priority 3 – To ensure our curriculum offers breadth, balance and relevance to each and every child in school.
Priority 4 – To increase the progress and attainment of pupils with special educational need across all year groups.
