The Diocese of Hallam has long shared a vision for all schools to be part of high achieving Catholic MATs with a strong moral purpose around delivering the best possible experiences for our most vulnerable pupils. Proposals have been in the making since November 2017 and these are now being developed further to secure the right model for schools in the Diocese of Hallam. Bishop Ralph wrote to all schools in January 2021 setting out his intention and the MAT Steering Group issued an update document in February 2021 summarising the vision.
